8 DAYS RHINOS, WILDLIFE, WATERFALLS AND PRIMATES SAFARI UGANDA

Day 1

Zziwa Rhino tracking – Murchison Falls NP

Depart early today. You will drive towards northern Uganda through farmlands, vast open savannahs, the first stopover will be at the Zziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. Head to Masindi town for lunch and in the afternoon you will be transferred to Murchison falls national park arriving in the late afternoon. Check into your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.
Day 2

Game drive – Boat cruise

Early rise today, we need to catch the cats most of which are nocturnal before they go back to their hiding. A chance to spot the big 4 that is the Lions, Leopards, Cape Buffalo and elephants among others. In the afternoon you will have a 3 hours boat ride on the Victoria Nile and later return to your lodge for the night.
Day 3

Top of the falls – Transfer to Kibale National Park

After your early morning breakfast, you will be taken to the top of the falls. A beautiful view of the river Nile squeezing itself in a narrow gorge of about 9metres and pouring with a thunderous force about 40 meters down, it forms an ever-present rainbow beautiful rainbow. You will then embark on a long scenic journey through farmlands, beautiful landscapes, farms, local communities. Lunch will be in a town called Hoima and driving through hills, vast tea plantations and forest cover, you will arrive at your lodge in the evening, check in, relax, have dinner and overnight.
Day 4

Chimp tracking – Bigodi community walk

In the morning, you will go chimp tracking in the forest of Kibale. It is also known as the primate capital of the world because it has over 13 species of primates found here. With your ranger guide you will mount a search following trails in the forest, on spotting them, you will be allowed an hour with then and then return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit a local community home to the great blue turaco and other bird species, take a swamp walk through the communities, interact with them and in the evening return to the lodge.
Day 5

Semuliki National Park – Nature walk, Sempaya Hot spring

An early rise, have breakfast and you will be transferred to Semuliki National Park. A distance covering 2 hours from fort portal. This is a birders paradise, you will have a chance to spot quite a number of Albertine endemic bird species. Also, you will take a nature walk climaxing all with a visit to the amazing female and male hot springs also known as the Sempaya Hotsprings. In the evening, you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight
Day 6

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today you will sleep in, wake up at leisure, relax, after lunch you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a short evening game drive and then check into your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 7

Game drives and Boat cruise

You will have an early rise today, take your breakfast and then set off for an early morning game drive, camera in hand, capture the magical African sunrise over the endless African savannahs and woodlands. Keep your eyes peeled for a plethora of animals ranging from the big mammals to birds, reptiles among others. Return to the lodge for lunch and later in the afternoon go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8

Transfer to Kampala/ Airport

Today is our final day, you will be transferred to the airport. Duration: 8 days Ages: All ages For: Both private and group tours
